Just curious, when I reach a desired bulk size, should I simply continue with my routine frequency and everything, but just keep the intensity at whatever it's at right there and no longer increase it?
Only if you never want to get stronger.... I always train as intense as possible regardless of whether I want to gain, lose, or maintain...And I simply alter my diet accordingly by adding or subtracting carbs and fat and making some adjustment to my protein intake as well...
Well with strength comes size, so if I was to continue increasing the weight I'd grow in size. Therefore once I reach a good size, I don't want to grow anymore.
will you acheive the desired bodyfat percentage at that time too? are your goals exclusive to just bulk or is there a particular look you want. chances are you will find that its not ever to your satisfaction. there is always something that can be emphasized or worked on.
