When to start using AI (aromasin) on Test cycle

I've been on Test-E for almost a week now (first cycle ever). Wondering if I should start my aromasin right away, or assess to see how my estrogen levels are after a few more days. I've taken one dose of 12.5mg so far. Should take another one today if I'm going along the "protocol"

Generally you should start from day 1 and continue on and then adjust based on mid-cycle bloodwork. If you wait to start your AI until you feel symptoms of high estrogen, you will be fighting an uphill battle.

unless you want to bloat up and risk major estrogen sides you should have already started

some guys don't care. when i interviewed bostin lloyd he said he runs no AI because he wants to get bigger. but that isn't smart for many reasons
