when to lift after site injection??

This will be my first time injecting in my biceps and i want to know if i shoul do it before i train biceps or on a day that i don't train them. I've heard biceps injections are more painful than glutes or thighs, so i want to be able to workout after i inject them.
also, Is it beneficial to work out the muscle a couple hours after you inject that muscle??
 
I'm not sure what is better, but when I was doing site injections in my bis I noticed better pumps on days when I shot before I lifted, no real specific time.... But I couldn't lift as heavy, maybe it was just a head thing - I'm not sure... Most of the time I shot immediately after my workouts, and still got great pumps throughout the week, but found it easier to get through the workouts... That's just my own personal experience, but I can't honestly say that one way is better than the other since I liked both ways (shooting before/after, I mean)

I like site injections in the muscle groups that will be worked that day. I think it helps with soreness. It has never affected a workout other than maybe a little tightness.
 
Thanks for all the replies. I just wanted to know because sometimes after shooting 3cc's into my thigh I would do legs and I could feel the spot where i injected. It didn't really hurt that much just more annoying than anything. I thought if i pushed to hard i would injure my thigh or rupture the muscle. .
 
I usually site inject the body part im gonna be working that day at least 30 minutes before i work out if not a couple of hours. This gives me time to work out some of the soreness on my own plus i feel killer pumps in the gym. It almost feels like if i do it before it has time to "spread" through the muscle in a sense. But anyway, thats how i do it. Later!!
