When to do glute ham raises ?

I tried them out for the first time this morning, and damn... did I ever feel them in my hams.

So my question is this, should I do them with squats on leg day or with deadlifts on back day?
 
I do a modified version as I don't have access to a G-H machine.These are the best exercise I have found for the hamstrings and I don't understand why more gyms don't stock this piece of equipment.When I do G-H raises, I like to do antagonistic supersets with these and front squats.They would work well with deadlifts as they work alot of the same muscles.

I used to do them with squats on leg day but lsat week switched doing them with deadlifts on back day. Too soon to tell but may guess is I will continue that for @3 months and then switch back and forth every 3 months. Any thoughts?:mix:
