When do you think is the best time of the day to do cardio which will not effect your training energy levels?
 
first thing in the morning or after training will ensure that it's body fat your using instead of glycegen that will hurt your muscle gains.

Actually, you should do cardio in the morning to burn excess fat on your body. I would recommend this if you are cutting up.

You should do cardio in the evening if you plan to simply burn calories from the food that you have eaten during the day. You will most likely not burn fat by doing cardio in the evening since energy from carbs are the first to go, then fat is burned.

If mass is the goal, DON"T do cardio first thing in the morning.

Do it on your non-weight training days, after you've got at least 1 meal in.
 
I hardly do cardio while on a mass cycle, i dont why but i just dont feel good when i do it i get winded real quick.:(

Which one is it first thing in the morning or after you train?
 
if you must do it for some unknown reason which you shouldn't do unless it is 1-2 per week. do it after you workout so your workout is fresh and your not already tired.

Actually after your first 20 minutes of cardio your glycogen stores are gone and you begin to work on your fat stores.
 
Add a little cardio in there even when bulking. Do 15-20 mins after a workout or whenever you can do it. It is beneficial for overall health. Do 2-3 times per week. It will not make you shrink like some people claim.
 
DEFINATLY AFTER WORKING OUT!

Do about 15 - 20 min of light cardio (fast walking, jogging)... this will prime your body to uptake nutrients even better...

Your body will SOAK up the post workout Carbs and Protein to be used for fresh muscle.
 
You should not do cardio while "massin'"

Cardio decreases insulin and increases glucagon/epinephrine. This is counter productive.
 
I already train for 1 - 2 hours per training sesion. So if I do cardio for 20 mins after I train I think this would be to long. Maybe it would be best to do cardio first thing in the morning. 20 mins on a stationary bike at 7.00am should not effect my energy levels for when I train at 5pm with 4 balanced meals inside me.

I did this poll in order to aid my training not to just find out what others do.

I intended to do cardio so what was the point in putting never as an option. If you dont do cardio when bulking up then there is no need to answer the poll.
