I have been eating a baked patato and chicken breast or a protine shake if I dont feel like cooking. Its seems to be working starting to get my abs back in shape.
If you're BULKING, eat immediately (or about 15 minutes if you have to drive home from the gym ) after...a nice blend of simple and complex carbohydrates, protein, and good fat.
If you're CUTTING, wait an hour or so...or just until your stomach's growlin' , and then just eat a very small portion of complex carbohydrates, a nice hefty portion of protein, and little good fat.
If you're just TRAINING for health, wait just a 'little while' and eat a nice "healthy" meal.
