I started bulking in around Oct 15, but I didn't start my cycle until Jan 2. My question is, 'when should I begin to cut?' My current stats are 5'10", 225 lbs, approx 15% BF. The cycle I'm running is as follows:
Weeks 1-4: D-bol 50mg/day
Weeks 1-12: Sust 750mg/wk
Weeks 1-16: AIFM 4 pumps/day
My nutrition is good, so that's not an issue that needs addressing. I'd like to get up to 250lbs on this cycle, if possible. That being said, when should I start cutting, and how, such that I retain as many of my gains as possible? Thoughts?
