When should I donate blood ?

I personally don't rely on a number and just donate once or twice a cycle depending on what I run and how long. EQ generally causes the highest spike in RBC.

When? 3am on a Sunday morning in a storm (it doesn't matter).

I donate whenever the Red Cross bus shows up to my workplace. It's usually every 2-3 months

I recommend just going every 8 weeks whether on cycle or off. Exactly what I do
