Like I said before in my last post, I'm currently cutting up before my next cycle in a couple of weeks. How low should your bf be for you to start doing abs. I ask this because obviously you need to have your bf low enough to even see them.

you should never stop training abs, doesn't matter your level of bodyfat, you need a strong midsection to be able to squat, deadlift, etc.
I like to superset abs with a bigger muscle group, ie, do a set of bench, then a set of abs, then back to bench, etc. That sort of faster training will also help to get you leaner as it will keep your heart rate up throughout your workout.

Thanks for theb reply needsize. I don't ever totally not train my midsection, just not as intense as when I get my bf down. I like the sound of supersetting abs with a larger muscle group. I'm deffiantly going to give it a try this week. I can already tell it aint goin be fun. I may even feel like   . lol

Always warm them up with pull down abs before training...then hit them hard and heavy when you are done.

Always do full range sit-ups/pull downs...no crunches.
