when casein and when whey?

since i can't eat anything in the morning, it will probably be enough to drink a protein shake mixed with 50-70g dextrose to break the catabolsim and boost insulin, right?

Dextrose in the morning is probably not a good idea, look into getting some MRP from proteinfactory. You can combine a few proteins w/ flaxseed.

You don't want to spike your insuline during the day unless you have to. To a certain degree insulin spikes are highly ineffcient for fat-loss, so even when you're trying to put on mass you would try to limit insulin spikes, to make sure you're gaining LBM instead of LBM+BF. Dextrose (D) can also have an overspill effect, where the extra D will be stored as bodyfat. (when broken down). Thus, the best time to take dextrose is post-workout, beyond that there are better carb mixes you can take. check out proteinfactory they have plenty.........
