I love to eat bread...So I choose to eat wheat bread cuz its better for you...but how many pieces of it is too much for you...Im 19 yrs old, 178lbs, 6"2'....what you guys think
If your going to eat bread you still have to keep an eye on your Cal's,Pro,Carb's and Fat. Because of the Carb's you should have your bread early in the day.
