For 2 of my meals, I eat a portion of lean beef, or chicken, or turkey. Is there a problem with eating it on a slice of wheat bread or wheat bagel, or am I better off sticking with sweet potato or similar. Thank you.
Make sure to look at the ingredients. If it doesn't say 100% whole wheat in the ingredients, even if its on the package, then its not. Some of these companies can be very decieving with their packaging.
good stuff but hard 2 find in main stream grocery stores. u usually have 2 get i at health food stores. it has the added bonus of being a complete protein.
