whats your favorite way to cook eggs?

Usually I just scrambled my eggs, but now I have a new favorite way to eat them.

I fry two or three over easy and scramble a cup of egg whites in a separate pan, then I mix them all together. The over easy fried eggs give you an extra hormonal boost with the high concentrations of arachidonic acid that's in the runny yolk.

Amen to drinkin them lol

exactly. you can make a shake that contains more protein (and much more bio available protein) than any whey in the world. 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 100g peanut butter, 50g oats and a litre of milk. that right there has got over a hundred grmas of protein in it. tastes pretty good, too lol.

damn right im being serious! i forgot to add-you have to blitz it pretty good in a blender, otherwise the oats will just sit at the bottom.
its good stuff though. i have just worked it out, according to calorieking-108g protein, 113.4g carbs, 65g fat.
its definitely a bulking thing, or for ectos who have trouble gaining weight.
im not very good at eating for an hour or so after i wake up, which is why i came up with this concoction to start with, and just seemed to carry on with it.

I was always under the impression that raw eggs are not very bio available. Maybe I'm wrong? I usually go through a few liter cartons of pasturized egg whites a week. Sometimes I add them to whey and ANPB in the blender for a change of pace.

i have heard something along those lines, but never found any evidence either way. people have been eating raw eggs for ages though. if its good enough for rocky, its good enough for me lolololol.
i'll ask tatyana. she knows everything.

yessss needto. you cant beat a cheese and ham omelette. but im not as good a cook as you, and when im using 10 eggs i struggle to cook it through without burning the bottom!

I scramble up 8 egg whites and 1 yolk seasoned with cayenne pepper. I have been eating that along with some oats, venison, and a half of grapefruit for breakfast lately.

Egg+spinach+cheese ommelette

Also protein pancakes for breakfast - egg+oats+whey powder blended than fry the mixture like a pancake. Top with cinnamon
