id like to try it, since i have weights of my own, but what does it consist of? Go ahead and laugh at me first...lol, I hear a lot of people on here talking about this Westside program. I have no idea what the hell it is, So can somone enlighten me on some Westside routines?
P.S. and is Westside good for strenght, cause thats what I train for. Im not a bodybiulder, im strictly strength.
