whats the LONGEST cycle you've ever done

whats up im just wondering whats the longest cycle you guys have ever done and how much did you loose when you came off..has anyone ever been on a year or more straight...input is greatly appreciated thanks

Needto-- Have you read any studies that show after 16 wks theres a greater difficulty in recovery, and or theres permant damage? Ofcourse i have heard the obvios things like everyone else has about prolonged use, but i hoped you had some specific knowlage that made you say 16wks Max ?

my longest productive organized cycle was 16 weeks,,ive done some longer haphazardly

Mostly its from user feed back and experience. Its just so much harder to recover from longer cycles.

On the permanent damage or at least more damage and where and tare on the body. Yes there is plenty of studies and writings about that.

the problem with long cycles is that the body soon catches on and reaches homeostasis, and gains stop. So whats the point its not making you gain more. You ether have to up the dose or add another drug.
 
16 weeks, it's gets old, and you plateau as well..

dependent on the cycle as well, but when i stop growing, i stop the cycle..

or i reach a goal (strength) and i stop..
 
Guys who stay on all year usually run lower doses continuously (like 250mg test) and bump it up for a couple of mini cycles like a winter bulker and spring cutter. That or they rotate compounds every 2 or 3 months to keep from plateauing. It works well but it has long term help risks...mostly due to cholesterol and blood pressure issues.
 
3 years & still on. Never go lower than 750mg test pw & just mix up my compounds but normally no more than test & 3 others max. Feel great 220lbs, 5'10" approx 9%BF, age - can easlily compete in Masters. BP & bloods ok. Prostate PSA bit high at 3.8 out 4. Just done back workout. Finished with deadlifts 360lbs for 10, 400lbs for 6. I find its injuries that fuck you not the gear. Currently nursing along right rotator cuff supraspinatus tear. I find if you can keep training with support from your physio or physician, you can recover quicker.You just have to be very careful & be in tune with your body.

3 yrs?! I don't have the balls to do that! The longest I've ever been on is 4 months....
