What's the Easiest Skillet to Clean?

Bran - if you're looking for an easy way to clean burnt grease off your skillet, just let it soak in a bit of vinegar, then scrub it off. It works like a charm.

woah, if that works, you just made my life A LOT easier

I use the Calphalon Commercial Non-stick pans and they are awesome. Downside is you cant dishwasher them, but they clean up really easily and cook evenly too. Not cheap, though I see that target now sells the lower grade Calphalon stuff. I dont know how it would be.

oh yeah.. those are the expensive ones my parents use... well I have a birthday coming up in a few months haha.. thanks

Shak.. I was going to try to use vinegar to clean up the other night but I don't have any.. it's on the grocery list

also keep the fire on medium. with the fire on high and throwing something on there it burns and sticks to pan. My bro does it all the time. start on medium and it will cook and burn to pan. I find it easier to make eggs like this..

Also remember that "hot pan + cold oil (cooking spray at room temp) = food won't stick"

If you're using cast iron, it needs to be seasoned first....
