well being that she's the new girl at work you better make your move before some one younger and cooler than you does. it would suck major balls to wait a few months to go out with her after you know your fellow co-worker has tapped that ass already.

Why not just ask her to lunch. Everybody that works has to take a lunch break. This works especially well if you work in an office environment.

This has worked 3 times for me successfully. One time the bitch refuse so I had to bust a cap in her ass.
