Whats the best exercise for Quadsweep ?

You have to have the size to get any good amount of sweep, we could debate the usefullness of extensions all night, in my opinion they are worthless for size...great for definintion. Once you have the size then you can polish it all off with the extensions.

Rear squats naturally will build size but I have found that I respond very well with frontal squats...(barbell on chest). ALso once in a blue moon I will squat down onto a bench while keeping my feet and kness together...like sitting down.

deep squats with a stance a little wider than shoulder length and toes pointed slightly out. That helps, but do deep squats, ass to the floor. Also hacksquats, with feet together not apart, and up high, also deep very deep hacksquats, ass to the floor, this is hard on the hacksquat as it will usually bottom out, so you have to stop right before the hacksquat bottoms out.

Just to prove my point...I had chicken legs when I was younger. When I started training in grade 8 all I did for legs was leg extensions. I've always done leg extensions.(diet and cardio creates definition by the way) ..by about grade 9 I had a nice sweep that alot of the other guys would comment on. It gave my legs the illusion they were big. So it seems leg extensions is what gave me a sweep. Now that I compete(did compete) that was one of my best attributes, my sweep. All thanks to years and years of leg extensions.
