I just bought Ronnie Coleman - The Unbelievable. I Also have Pumping Iron. Colemans video is just fricken amazing, the guy isn't human, motivational as hell though, watch it everytime before I hit the weights.

Blood and Guts by Dorian Yates...hands down the best for getting geeked through the roof. Ronnie's tape was cool to watch but I can't take that guy seriously cause he is so fucking stupid.

Well the best film is Stand Tall ,before my fav was pumping iron,but stand tall with louis ferrigno is much better.and his body looks 2 times better than arnold in his best time.damn his back looks unbelievable.........
for those who dont know this film: it the louis ferrigno story ,when he had his comeback in the 1990 (i think ;-),in the over 40 class.

Coleman's new video shows his routine yes, actually, the camera follows him around for like 4-5 days, shows everything, him as a cop, when he wkaes up and eats breakfast, etc. I got mine at my local musclemag store here in vegas.
