whats normal lifting for a 15 year old

define normal? i was once thinking the same you as you, dont worry about whats normal for a teenager, why strive for normal, go beyond the norm.
 
normal? well most 15 year olds dont even work out, so Id say something like

95 bench
95 squat
105 deadlift


for somebody who has trained hard since about middle school, maybe more like:

150 bench
180 squat
170 deadlift

really it depends on a lot of things, if those numbers are correct under in your sig, then you are a complete beast for a 15 year old
 
well im not really a beast lol but im a big kid ive always been big but just recently started lifting weights and i love to do it..i worked out almost a year now bout 9months to be excact..id send pics but i dont know how im just a big kid
 
Brett444444444 if that is lbs then i crush the average for a 15 year old lol.

I lift 320 lbs deadlifts.

Squat:264 lbs

Bench im weak so: 154 lbs

I kniow this thread is 13 year old but just replying for fun :)
 
my lifts at 15 were

bench 220
squat 405
dead 440

started training at 12 though, weighed around 170lbs at 5'7ish back then
 
lifts at 16 (17 now but havent trained in ages with a broken hand/wrist)

were
bench 315
squat 585x3 i have videos of that and depth i ain't BS i am a strong fucking squater.
deadlift 535

bodyweight 227lbs 5'8
