Whats wrong with this city, going by the story's I hear it seems to turn an otherwise normal person crazy.

I call bullshit. You can't just wander on to the rooftop of a Vegas hotel. for starters, you can't even get past the casino level unless you have a room card to activate the elevator. Not to mention the elevators are guarded by armed security at night.

Here's a google earth map of the Flamingo. There aren't any balconies, so the only thing around palm tree height would be the parking structure.

The Cosmo, probably the most 'in' hotel there now, has balconies. I stayed on the 52nd floor over labor day weekend with balconies looking over bellagio fountains. We'd leave signs on the door and move furniture in front before going out so we wouldn't get drunk and fucked up gobbling Molly then come back and try and do pull ups over the balcony.

Vegas is awesome but I wouldn't go if it is not pool party season.

If you're with a bunch of dudes, hard to ball out for less than $4k / day. And the sluts weren't as hot as I was expecting. Even in the best clubs, marquee and XS, much more plain Jane prancing around than elite poontang. Lavo in ny or LIV in Miami host world class snatch nightly.
