S Spartacus Guest Nov 27, 2002 #6 I do some warm-up sets and then jump inot the 5X5..sometimes its 4X5 or 5X4,the point is to get to a high weight amount whereby its difficult to do 5X5..once I'm able to do a 5X5 relatively easily,I bump up the weight amount
