Hell I only pay attiention to my protiens, carbs ..well, I take in different amounts each day, keep my body guessing, then spike it once and awhile, works for me, although my gens are good, maby thats why...hmmm

i'm on ckd, and far from sedentary... i am not getting stronger/bigger, nor did i expect to... but i am losing fat and strength is fine for the first two days of the week before i go back into ketosis...

i think that ketogenic diets are far from bullshit and make very good sense, ymmv of course
 
gonna take a lot longer than three months bro. be patient it aint gonna happen overnight. stick with your diet and lifts and it will come. if not make small changes in diet and see what helps. it's gonna take some time though - most of the big boys on the board have been doing it for YEARS!!!!!
