When the woman's right, I'm right back to being 17, and with knowing what mental tricks to use to keep it up and going, I have no problems performing for a couple hours. No Viagra needed.

However, the average gal doesn't always get my motor going. Imagine how a slutty gal feels when she rubs my thigh looking for a reaction and I just don't hit the "on" switch. Love messing with their minds. :FRlol:
 
I am 34 right now and I have noticed nothing changing with my body or metabolism. I am still able to eat what ever I want and stay on the leaner side. I do not diet at all and I just hover around 10 to 11% BF. My BF gets very low if I play a lot of beach volleyball. I have been in pain most of my life, I fucked up my knees playing hockey and football for so many years and I have always had shoulder problems since I was like 23. I have lived with the pain my entire life and it does not bother me and I do not think I have more actually my shoulders seem to be getting better the more test/fina I do :) I look better and feel better than when I was 23.

I see guys in there 40s who have better bodies than most guys in their 20's so I think you have many more years of training and looking good.

Absolutely, Gorilla. The reason they say men's sex drive is less when he's older is because most men's wive's get get old and fat!

I was still having sex every day into my 40's until I experienced some trauma (family deaths) and the stress did a number on my T levels. Now, at 48 I'm on T replacment and I'm back to tappin' it on a daily basis. But my wife is killin' -- which makes all the difference. No viagra needed.
 
ditto for all these guys posts. I'll be 42 in Feb. and I'm looking forward to the next 30+ years of training and being the best that I can be. It's all a state of mind IMO. But I don't have any choice anyway, if I didn't train I would lose my mind. :D

Late 30's and in better shape than ever...

I am just starting to see the odd grey hair and I have a few more aches and pains. But... I have more cash, a cooler car, nicer clothes and am not such an insecure dick as I was in my 20's.

I haven't had anything stronger than prohormones and creatine in about 5 years and am still holding about 215 at 5'9" with some decent abs, (thanks Yohimburn and ALA).

I am looking forward to starting a new cycle soon and seeing what another 10lbs do for me.

As the other guys said, it is nice to run into ex classmates, (gf's etc.), and get the "boy you look great", while they are falling apart..

Approaching mid-40's and stronger and bigger than 20 years ago, primarily because I know much more about how to train smart and allow for proper recovery.

I was a dumbass when I was young. Overtrained and underfed. If I knew then what I know now, it would have been great, but no complaints.

To all those talking about aches and pains... Glucosamine/Chondroitin.

I've added to my supplement rotation and it's really helped eleviate a lot of aching.

Also, to add to this thread, I'm 31... the better shape you're in, the more young chicks love you in your 30s. I'm just now realizing (I didn't when I was in my 20s), just how much younger chicks dig guys several years their senior.

I'm loving "la vida solo" again, personally.
