Hew to these borards and not a bodybuilder, or even really serious about working out, etc. ...yet. I have been looking at products liek TrimSpa, Zantrec-3, etc to help me burn some body fat and lose some much needed weight. Looking to drop about 30 lbs. Currently 210 and 5' 10". After reading about Thermorexin and Yohimburn I wanted to see if those would be better to use than the types of producst I have been looking at. Also, I know this forum is moderated by the people from AF that sell those two products, but i wanted to see if there are other good products out there that you might remommend. Thanks for the help!

Trimspa, etc = crap.

Get a firm grasp on what your goals are first. Then, you post a diet you think you may use AFTER you have done some actual research. Same goes for a sample workout schedule.

Don't look for a quick fix in a pill. This shit takes hard ass work. If you are looking for the answer in a pill, you have no chance.

IF you want to make real changes, and you want a new lifestyle.....start learning :)

Sorry that I did not post more info in my first post. I will be working out with a personal trainer, M-F at 5:30AM. We will be doing both cardio and training. My goal is to lose serious fat, really tone up and then we will see if I decide I want to pack on some serious muscle. Honestly not sure if I will take it that far, but I do not I am tired of being out of shape. I have a smoking hot wife who is 9 years younger than me (i am 37..she is 28) and I need to get back in the shape I was in at that age. I will work with the personal trainer, and also get some workout and diet tips from my sister-in-law, who was Miss Fitness Texas 1999. I know my diet will consist of high protein, low carbs and frequent meals.

Not looking for an answer in a pill, just something that will go along WITH my exercise to HELP me lose the weight and get back into shape.

Any help would be appreciated.

Actually there are a couple of really good products available at either GNC or Vitamin World. My girlfriend is currently taking Nutrex Lipo-6 and she really likes it. Another one is called Tight, and it's made by SAN. The products that you mention in your first post are nothing but hyped up b.s. products designed by someone that wants your money, and doesn't care if you get results or not. The two I mentioned are higher quality supplements that are used by real atheletes in the real world. Not that Anna Nicole Smith isn't an athlete in her own way.....

Don't even start with the crutches.

If some guy was just starting out running woudl you recommend he buy $200 running shoes, glucose packages, and super thermal gear or whatever?

If you were just starting out with bicycling woudl you buy a Lance Armstrong Pro model $4000 Trek bike with $120 clip-on shoes and the whole shebang?

All you need right now are a few pairs of shorts, some t-shirts, good food, a lot of water, and a lot of desire and hard work.

You don't want to start relying on th epills right away. especiallly cos when you discontinue the pills you will have a rebound effect and you'll feel yourself weaker and less focused.

I can tell ya this. I bought my gf Levorex and similar products and they did little to help. Once she got her diet in check and then after some time tried the sam products, I reall noticed a change. Glucorell helped me after I was at 10% bf and less. Like Lumberg said, work on the basics and then try some products after you've exhausted all the free options.
