whats a respectable lift for skullcrushers?

I don't do these too heavy. 100 pounds for sets of 12-15. Low rep sets of skulls wreck my elbows.
 
i dont know many people that do them..so cant really compare..i do my working sets with 135..was watching few you tube video but not much out there
 
french presses with a bar or ez-bar or skull crushers with dumbells both wreak havoc on my elbows if I go too heavy...

My lifts are usually:

120 lbs x 8-12 reps (with EZ bar)

I have maxed out at 140 lbs x 4-5 reps before

My training partner works with 225 lbs x 10 :worried: he's strong. very strong.
 
I have done 90 lb dumbells in each arms for 6...and my elbows are cooked! Most with a barbell was 205x4...and again my elbows are cooked. :)

future ur a beast...if there was a price to pay to get to your size i would..lol...i still dont think all the juice in the world could take me there...

you have to squat 315 to be decent, but only be able to do a plank hold for 1:30

there was a post of a guy i forget where that was from middle east that competed that didnt even eat meat due to religion or somehting..guy looked great..think he just had protein shakes

i hear ya bro! there is nobody for me to compare with because there is barely anyone else my age who lifts properly! so I can only compare to other adults on here or weak ass teenagers who do curls and chest every day!

I refuse to go heavier then 130 but only cuz thats the heaviest the french curl bars go to... and warm your tri's and elbows the fuck up i tore both my tendons skull crushing too much
