It's not the easiest thing in the world you know. For the most part we are dealing with someone in a different state then our own. The amount of money usually involved isn't worth making an interstate trip, that is if you have the info to find him. Doesn't make good sense to chase $300 for a cost of $500.DaddyX said:

Posting info does have a great benefit. It's a small world. You never know who you're going to run into.
I still have Hulksters info. He's not to far from me, and if I ever see him he's going to have a very bad day.
In the entire history of scammers on the net, i have not heard of one single instance of any scammers getting a beat down or anything other than a few harrassing phone calls by a few big tough juice bags. That fucker is probably still on the boards somewhere during his spare time and is laughing at this thread because he knows as well as i do nothing is going to happen to him.
Yeah, i guess youre right on that point. It would be stupid for someone to take care of a scammer then brag about it.

I would be pissed if it happened to me. Guy rips you off, then gets success. I would hold a grudge.
Having no knowlege of the dude, I can at least say the following.
If he is NFL, then he has money and respect; he doesn't wanna lose that. Ask him for the money back plus interest. Don't threaten or blackmail -- that's illegal. Asking isn't.
"Hi, you ripped me off. I want my money back with interest and an apology."
If he declines bring your case with evidence (emails, et c) to the media. T

Con: You risk exposing yourself
Note: It is blackmail if you threaten to do this, but if he has half a monkey brain, he'll notice that he has a good amount to lose.

I hope it causes him a ton of problems...Anyone can dealt with if you don't care who finds out. I'm a bit more scared of getting locked up. i have no problem giving someone like that what they deserve but I'm not bold enough to do it in front of a bunch of witnesses...

Now on the other hand if I were on the retail end it would be a different story. Once you're an outlaw, you go all the way. That's how it's done. Been there, done that. People learn they can screw you over, they'll be lining up to fuck you.
He'll get his in the end. He's fucked over people in the past, he'll do it again. Sooner or later it'll be the wrong person.
