what would yohimbe hcl do for women

My wife was one of the first women bb'ers to try yohimbine hcl for a show after Dan Duchaine wrote about it years ago. Several of her girlfriends are/were competitors working out at Gold's Venice.
Their consensus was:
1. Use only real yohimbine hcl. Herbal yohimbe doesn't do the job at any dose.
2. 10mg per day was a great dose for women ranging up to 175 lbs in body weight. No one really got the same results at 5mg... even the lighter women... and there didn't seem to be any better result over 10mg.
3. They all said oral yohimbine hcl was singularly the best diet aid they had ever found for getting the b/f off their legs and hips.
It is also dirt cheap. Domestically 100 5mg tablets can be ordered for as low as $12.

Pro-sexual? I ran an ECYA stack and it was too much for me to handle... but I never had sexual side effects...

I wish that were true, but it's not.
Yohimbine is a staple supplement, and very overlooked.
Yohimbine HCL is definitely better than the yohimbe extract... As is my opinioin with all synthetic supps vs naturall ocuring plant extract, ie Ephedra vs Ephedrine HCL. The synthetics are much more predictable, dosed more accurately, and all together cleaner.
Yohimbine HCL does make some people retain extra water... That's why I really like anafit's product yohimburn with the added topical caffeine. Really helps keep the water off the areas you are applying.
For me, it really works wonders to help burnt fat in my lower stomach, chest, and lower back, even the triceps.
For woman, I have seen it work time and time again on the lower stomach, tricep, inner theigh, glutes, and hamstrings. I believe it is really effective for getting rid of cellulite, as I have seen it make some pretty radical transitions.
Of course diet and training must be proper, but it's such a great boost to burn those estrogen releated fat stores before your body is really willing to give them up.
I also like combining the yohimburn with acetyl-l-carnitine, I believe it makes the combination much more effective. To me, the yohimburn/yohimbine frees up the fat to be shuttled, the ALCAR does a great job of shuttiling, then your fasted cardio does the rest in burning the fat away.
That's been my experience, 2 products that not many people use and they are super effective additions to any male or female shred out.

Everyone's body reacts differently to different substances... I have a list full of stuff that I react weirdly or negatively too. Same list might be something that someone else reacts totally positive to.
I use yohimbine HCL on occasion as well however I found that the herbal or leading "men's" HCL worked even better for me personally. Although everyone else states against it.
You do need to plan your workouts accordingly. It is most effective when doing cardio on a an empty stomach (and type of glycogen halts the absorbtion and it will not release fat deposits). Empty stomach being first thing in the morning or at least 3 hours after digesting food.
There is a cardio protocol that I have found most beneficial with Yohimbine:
5 minute warmup
10 minute high intensity intervals (as hard as you can go preferably on equipment you typically do not use)
5 minutes complete rest (go to the bathroom, get more water etc)
20 minutes steady state cardio
10 minutes medium to high intensity intervals
5 minute cool down
You could see a noticable difference in 2 weeks if all in combined. Some also combine morning Yohimbine use with Clen or an ECA stack taken mid day.

I saw no results with Yohimburn. I used it a couple of years ago and was a sponsored Anafit athlete.
From what I understand, and even better than Yohimbe HCL, Katanadrol would be an even better option. He's sold out at the moment, but I can't wait to wrap my hands around a bottle of this stuff!!!!

I agree the effects were minimal at best and mostly subq water lose. I do like oral yohimbine products as a fat burner and I also found they did increase my sex drive as well. Also probably this is TMI but it made me wet as can be I think I posted about that way back in the day actually. LOL
