i am training for USTU fighting which as you probably know is mostly kicking for 2 rounds for a few min each. i find that at the end of the first round, and especially the middle of the second round, i always start to run out of steam. i try to get in better shape, but i fight so hard that i always begin to get tired. i don't want to gain that much weight, just add some endurance and a bit mroe power to my kicks if ya know what i mean. i was thinking along the lines of something like EQ. would that be a good idea?
