i bought

I bought taurine and melatonin.....I'm taking clen right now. melatonin is somewhat effective, it makes me sleepy...but it doesn't stop my heart from beating.....which doesn't make sense to me, how I can be tired, but have a racing heart.....neway

So how can I get glutamine absorbed into my muscles then? What do you think about it(glutamine) ? Is it really necessary?

Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid. That doesn't mean you don't need it, it means that the body converts other proteins to make it. Glutamine is converted from BCAA's. But there's no need to take supplemental BCAA's -- not that they're bad, they're just too expensive. Milk protein is high in BCAA's.
 
10# bag of ON whey protein, and a 5# tub of 5+1 banana whey protein and creatine. I wont waste my money on anything else except a good mulitvitamen pack.
