this is a workout i made up.everyworkout should be under an hr(BEFORE catabolic state kicks in with pleanty recuperation.this enables me to rest for up to 3mins between high intensity sets.so wot u reckon??

day4 -rest-
day5-biceps,forearm
day6-triceps
day7-ham,calves
day8-rest-

It seems a lil too spread out to me. Like chest is once every 9 days. What about a four day split or a 3 split? Like a Push/Pull/Legs split maybe?
 
Agreed. Also, what are your goals? Stats? How long have you been lifting? If you're brand new to the sport, so much time in between body parts won't get you too far.
