Ok so on April 1st I tore my groin to the extent that it chipped my pelvis bone in the process... Long story short they said a year for a full year for recovery... Good news is I did my PT and have recovered and been back in the gym for 4 mo. I now want to get shredded I am 38 years old 6'1" and weight 220 body fat is 19% ran 5 cycles in my life.. I shot up to 240lbs after the injury and no it was not muscle...Anyway here is a list of thing I can get or have already.. Please give me some idea's on whats a good mix and match cycle...
