But my favoritetopping for chicken breast is Spicey Thai Peanut Sauce:
Ingredients
½ cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
2 garlic cloves, quartered
1 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh ginger
1 small fresh hot pepper, cleaned, and diced
¼ cup peanut oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. SPLENDA® Granular
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
¼ cup strong tea
Directions
1. In a food processor, puree all the ingredients to make an almost smooth sauce. If you used chunky peanut butter, the sauce will be more textured but just as delicious.

BUT......I usually cut out the added peanut and sesame oil and increase the amount tea to get the right consistancy. Or if you need the fats, you might try some flax oil might taste good as well.
Just make sure your using all natural peanut butter (Smuckers Chunky is my favorite
