What to pick next???

Okie dokie.... So I'm off the var and "cleaning out.". Trying to prepare for what will come next. Still planning on competing in the spring 2012. Diet's good (for now, will make changes as I get closer to comp). lifting good. Wil implement more cardio here in the very near future.

Happy with progress so far. I can see how my body has changed because of what I'm eating and how I'm training.

But I wanna be prepared for what comes next. After the clean out (which will be 12 weeks from today which will put me right at the start of competition dieting), I might wanna do another cycle. I have some var available but I'm not sure that's the best choice.

Had some shitty sides from prop and I'm reading some horror stories about winny, and clen (I know-- it's not an aas) makes me feel like dirt.

Soooo... If I do wanna try something as I prepare for show, what do u recommend? Stick with var? Try something else?

When in the spring of 2012 are you looking to compete? Are you looking to do a short cycle before the contest diet? If your looking to do a lean gainer cycle in prep for the prep. I like winny aside from dry hair, joints and odd breakout no significant sides. I find i get strong off 5 mg of winny then 20 of var. I don't like to run it for longer then 8 weeks as it is so drying but the strength and size gains are great.
 
Contest isn't til may. Want to clean out from now til December, start the diet, and then maybe a cycle to help lean out and keep muscle prior to contest. I've never competed before and only did cycles previously for the awesome strength and muscle gains. So I'm not sure when is best to be "on" and when it's better to be "off."
