I started my ECA round this week, and I want to "tone" upp my muscles, I know creatin dont work to good with eca(not at all) so, what do you guys/gals think ? Good sleep and a lot of food will do the magic ?. My enlish is not the best but I try. I don't want to have "hulkser" mucsles, just a nice body form. I hope you guys/gals can get me some ansers.
