Two questions that relate--sorta-- to this thread. One... So if estrogen increases fat stores (am I reading that correctly), then how does the pill effect my attempts at leaning out when getting ready for a competition? Two... How do u taper from var? I mean, I know what tapering is, I just don't know over what period of time u shud taper? Every other day? Over a few weeks? Half doses? What's a "rule of thumb" for tapering seeing as I've read here that my quitting just cold turkey is perhaps not the best idea.
