what to eat while taking phentermine

I feel my appetite suppression already while taking phentermine, I just don't get hungry. My question is since I'm eating just enough and very little, what key foods I need to have to avoid going catabolic or getting sick.

Protein is always priority number 1. Protein is what your body is made up of. Your bones, hair, muscles, skin etc - it's all protein.

Carbs and fat are basically just energy sources for the body. Carbs are your body's primary energy source where as fats are your body's long term 'back up' energy source.

If you are on a calorie restricted diet, you always want to prioritize protein. A high protein diet will prevent muscle loss and metabolic slow down when on a low calorie diet.

Here is a good video for you to watch where I explain how to calculate your calorie, protein, fat, and carb requirements based on your goals, age and body weight: http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/...s/nutrition-101-carbs-proteins-fat-46427.html

A good number to shoot for is:
1-1.5 grams of protein/pound of body weight for natural athletes
1.5-2grams of protein/pound of body weight for enhance athletes

I would make sure to track calories because eating too little will not be good in your case. You only want to be at most at a 500 calorie deficit.

What you need to do, is establish an objective nutrition goal in terms of calories, distributed between carbs, fats, and protein. Once you have it done, you will need to find the amounts that will work best for you. There is no black or white answer to your question, because everyone has different sizes, different metabolic rates, etc. So you need to keep all those things in mind when trying to get your diet straight.
