Alright here's my situation:
I'm on week 9 of my 12 week cycle and so far I've gained 20 solid pounds, but the continue wear and tear on my body is really starting to catch up with me. I think it would be wiser for me in the long run to take a solid 9 days off from the gym in hopes of healing a few aches. I'm going to continue running the juice the 12 weeks, but next week (week 10) of my cycle I'm going to take completely off from the gym. Then if I'm feeling better I'm going to go back into the dungeon on week 11. My main ache is my lower back(can't even do squats or deads), so I want to concentrate on geeting it stronger after I let it rest. I'm going to stretch it everyday and start of my back days by doing very light deads(I mean like 95lbs) and back extensions. Do you think these 2 exercises will be good for getting my lower back up to par.
