What to add to Fina/Dbol cycle/r-ala

I've been juicing for around 4 years now and have reached a point where my gains have been shit. I've been off juice for a few months now just hitting ECAY to lean me up a little... I finally reached a point where i am almost to my overall goals. I just need to take one more step up in size and leanness. I'm around 5"9 200-205lbs at 10% bodyfat. My projected cycle is this:

Fina: 150mg ed
Dbol: 75mg ed
arimidex .5mg ed

I will also be incorporating:

r-ala at 100-200mg per meal
CLA at 5g per day
Gla at 1000mg per day

I am hoping to put on the last 10lbs of mucle i need while losing about 7lbs of fat... I think with that combo i should do it, but i am thinking about adding either another ECAY stack or clen and t-3.

With the r-ala, GLA, and CLA i dont think the thermogenics will be necessary. I think they would hurt my muscle gain more than it would help my fat loss...

what do you guys think: ala stack alone or add a thermogenic in there?

I was reading a study that showed the effectiveness of CLA increased dramatically when Guarana was taken in combination. I believe one individual got some good results from a Guarana and caffeine combination.
 
I have also heard that guarana adds nicely to CLA. Caffeine sounds like a good addition.

I was thinking of straying away from the ECA as i usually dont gain much muscle when used in conjunction with juice.

We are exactly the same size bro and I still don't need that much to grow. Cut the fina down to 100mg/day and the dbol to 50mg/day. I also wouldn't take any thermos while trying to gain weight. The r-ala should keep the fat off.
 
Trust me, i need that gear... I've done too many cycles at high amounts of gear and got marginal results while putting 100% effort in... I don't know why but my last cycle was 1400mg test suspension, 150mg anadrol, and 800mg eq... After 10 weeks i barely gained 7lbs, but i gave training and diet all i could... I fell that is what i need to grow
 
If you gained only 7lbs on a cycle like that then you need to increase your calories. No matter how many you were eating you need MORE.
 
Corvette: After looking at your goals I am suspect of your diet. Are you trying to loose weight and gain muscle at the same time? It's pretty damn hard to do. Spend the first 6 weeks eating/bulking and spend the second six dieting. One or the other. (this is assuming this is what your doing). Good luck bro
 
i was eating usually:
350g protein from 4 daily protein shakes and chicken, eggs, and lean beef

300g carbohyrdrates 90% complex carbs, from mainly sweet potatoes, milk, and wheat bread

40g fat per day via flax seed oil and little amounts of other fats in daily foods.

I didn't mention the fact that at one point i was much bigger than am now... I was up to 245lbs at one point, but i lost flexibility and leanness, so i dieted down and lost some muscle.

Like i said i have been on 4 years now and it has taken its toll on my body's ability to react well to the juice.

My diet for this upcoming cycle is not concrete yet. But with the r-ala, cla, and gla, i think i will be eating that same diet that was posted above.
 
1400mg test suspension, 150mg anadrol, and 800mg eq for 10 wks.....and u only gained 7 lbs?!?!.....ok....one of two thing......diet: ur protein intake seems fine.....but id up the carbs my opinion....overall tho u seem to have a decent diet there....


but im guessin that it was prolly ur androgen receptors....u prolly need time to clean them out....because juss like juice they also have half-lifes....after a while ur body should be able to welcome the gear like the good ol days...

ppl who have been consistently juicin at dosages like u have done for a couple of yrs w/o a decent break usually need half-yr to yr cycles to maintain and gain muscle mass....so IMO take a couple months off....up 2 a yr....but continue training and dieting hard to maintain ur current size and maybe gain a lil....try to sliim down as much while maintaing LBM...u'll prolly wanna do a CKD diet for ur off time...good luck bro....
