It’s all based on how many calories you are trying to take in on a daily.. there is no correct time to stop eating. Maybe if your show prepping and at a negative caloric intake then you’ll probably wanna stop eating about 2-1/2hrs before bed but,.. You’re burning calories when you sleep so you don’t need to stop eating just because it’s close to bedtime. It’s based on your goals personally and your calories you’re trying to eat daily.. That isn’t a question that has a right or wrong answer.
