I have a question about general supplementation and what/how much one needs to take daily. I am going this weekend to purchase a new round of supplements and that I might need to do away with some and ad others I do not take. Here is what I currently take:
Chondroitin/Glucosamine @ 1500mg per day for joints
MSM @ 1000mg per day for joints
Multi-vitamin daily
B-12 @ 2000 mg daily
Vitamin C at 2000mg daily
Chromium Picolinate @ 2000 mg daily
I plan to start the items below as soon as I start my T-3/Clen portion of my cycle:
Milk Thistle @ 2 grams daily
Taurine for “Clen cramps” @ 3 grams daily.
I was just curious as to what everyone takes as a base regardless of the AS they are using.
