what supplements do you take year round? vitamins etc.

BBB,

I take a multi vitamin nowadays and that is all. I took all kinds of supplements when I was playing in college bc I was working and stealing from a GNC.

I like how my body feels without supplements. Sound strange to you?
 
I'm on a cycle of glucosamine
chondroiton
MSM
L-Lysine
B-50 formula
energy pack with mutiple pills
ginkgo biloba
fish oil
protein
flaxseed

I just started this cycle...I'm looking for 20 lbs LBM. J/K....I'm experimenting with a full compliment of supplements. I know that I need L-Lysine for my elbows.

PH....how could one expect stolen supplements to make you feel better unless you have no conscience whatsoever.
 
Vitamin C, CitrusCell, Lemon Concentrate, Extract of Grapefruit... .hmm... I think there are some more. :)

I take all the usuals...

biotin - 5mg every day that I remember - so about EOD

ALA - 600-1200mg every meal depending on how many carbs are in it

CLA - 3g every few hours - so close to 20 or 30g a day

8 caps of fish oil a day (working up to double that, just forget a lot)

200-300g of protein

B complex about once a week - again, rarely remember it.

if my skin is bad - hasn't been in a long time now that my hormones are stable - then I take 5g of B5.

B5? Is that pantothenic acid? Bad skin could be a number of things. I'm curious because I don't like what my skin is doing lately.

if you have back/shoulder acne - like I did when coming down off cycles and my body was saying "FUCK YOU"
then taking high doses of B5 will fix that fast.

The rule of GNC is 2 stolen objects per day. It wasn't really stealing in that respect. BTW, I never mentioned my concience, so leave him out of it! :D

The supplements did just fine. They made me LOOK stronger than I was.
 
oh, and two tablespoons of Udo's Choice with dinner.
I need to start having at least one in the morning too with my protein shake.
but considering the past few monrings I haven't eaten anything...

Flax Seed x 3 tablespoons whenever (typically morning)
 
ALA (or preferably r-ALA), protein, multivitamin, B complex, vitamin C, and 5-HTP. I take glucosamine and MSM when my joints bother me, but that's not year-round.
 
multi-vitamin, anti-oxidants, zinc & magnesium, creatine monohydrate (8 weeks on, 2 weeks off generally), optimum nutrition whey protein and flaxseed oil when I remember

Just started a daily regimine of Glucosamine/Chondroitin for the knees.
 
I also inject pump N pose directly into my bellybutton.

that way I can get that distended belly look, but don't have to spend so much money on GH.
 
those are the supplements I take year round

- 200 to 300 grams of protein ( to support muscle growth)
- 10 grams of creatine ( to help support muscle growth)
- 20 grams of glutamine ( te help protect muscle and strengthen immunity.
- 1 multi vitamin ( to protect and improve my health)
- 3 grams of extra viamin C ( to protect me from colds and the flu)
- 3 to 5 grams of tyrosine ( to keep brain active and alert)
- 1 gram of dmae ( to keep brain active and alert)
- 1 gram of ginko biloba ( to keep brain active and alert)
- 1200 mg's of st john's wort ( to keep my mood under control)
- 2 to 3 grams of ala ( to control my insulin levels)
- 1500 mg's of glucosamine ( to protect my joints)
- (sleep formula nightly) valerian root 1200 mg's and
5-htp 75 mg's ( to sleep better )
