For me....I like being where I am....maybe even a touch smaller.....being lean REALLY emphasizes symmetry

yeah, i wish my waist size was closer to yours. back in the summer of the year i graduated highschool i had a 31 inch waist and that kicked ass.

now its about 35-36, LOL. I'm trying to trim it down again though. I think for a man the ideal size is probably 31-32, and for a woman its probably 24-25 inches.

it depends a LOT on height....


Im tall.....so 31ish looks tiny on me...on someone shorter, it probably looks more in proportion

I wear 34 jeans
measure in at 34inches at the hips where I wear my jeans,and right at my belly button its about 35-36inches,I need to lose the lil pouch ,hopefully I get back to the gym soon,I was doing great till I ended up with a job where I work 77hrs a week
