What proteins to eat?

I'm trying to eat as clean as possible.

I freaking love:
Chicken
Turkey
Fish (Salmon, Tuna, Talapia, etc)
Eggs (Just whites are fine with me)


What else to add? I'd like Ideas.

Should I eat Low Fat Cottage Cheese (How much and how often?)

Steaks are great, but they feel like they sit on my stomach for a loong period for time. I feel kinda too full. So I do not eat them often.

Thanks in advance and I am open to suggestions.

milk & cottage cheese are technically sugars (lactose) despite the moderate amount of protein. i stay away from eating alot of it.

u have listed alot of good choices already.

ground lean beef
shrimp
scallops
very lean deli meats - u can get 95%+ fat free roast beef, ham, etc.
 
after seeing that jay eats buffalo meat i read up the nutritional value of it and if its readily available in the states start eating a tonne of it. roo meat is my favourite tho

buffalo is available here fairly easily. it is just a little pricey. i haven't tried it yet. from what i have seen it is packed up in plastic with all the blood kind of like a whole beef loin.

kill the roos yourself? lol

will have to try buffalo meat one day.

yer i do mate, with my permit of course :) (its our national embelem you cant knock them with out a permit)
 
Thanks guys. I did check for a sticky in the diet/bodybuilding plus bodybuilding foods section. I was unsuccessful.

I was mainly looking for suggestions to expand my food choices.

Don't eliminate lean beef from your diet, it's the highest quality of all meat proteins and has the largest amount of zinc, for keeping those test levels up.
