If you dont spend more then 1-1.5 h per day in the gym with sufficient rest and nutrition , it would be hard to overtrain yes.
You need to eat a lot though on this
well the reason im intersted in this question is because i have to be lean by new years because im going to mexico and want to look good...i have gained almost 20lbs, and i think im going to get my bf tested to be sure i start cutting at the right time.
