There was a report on MSNBC about a month or so ago about the mail system. Only about 2% of packages coming in from over seas get checked and a small % of domestics get scanned for explosive residue but not opened unless something is suspicious. And for whoever wanted to know, I have a criminal record and recieve non-drug related "items" from Austria and Italy. I have had items seized and still have them sent to the same address with no seizures in the last 1.5 years. Just recieved a package from Spain yesturday. 7 days on FedEx with no problem. Its all in how its don't but I'm not going into that on a open foum.
