I am bulking now(weigh 152) and my trainer has me on 325 or more grams per day protein and around 100g carbs-the key is to eat a ton of protein-don't worry about %
if you are looking to absolutely maximize the mass and dont care much about the fat gain then 25cal per lb of bodyweight is the way to go. if you want to stay lean while bulking try 2g of carbs per lb of body weight and 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight clean, keep fat intake low
I would say if your bulking than you need to be eating at least 300-400 grams of carbs a day+300 grams of protein+60-90 grams of healthy fats,this may seem like a lot but you got big to get bigger,and thats all i have to say about that
