Ive been eating bumble bee tuna in oil for my last meal lately. I empty cans into strainger and rinse off and press water out. I put in a bowl and add some onion powder, garlic powder, a touch of cellery salt, fresh black pepper and a touch of good mustard and of course some mayo then put on a whole wheat wrap with a touch of red wine vinegar or balsamic. Ive been using smart balance mayo, what kind of mayo are you guys using?
