i love it as well. i'm making awesome progress with my deads. i just stalled out a bit on bench press, so i'm going to try increasing the weight for 5X3.
i'm going to stick with it through february and see how much size i can put on before cutting for summer.
i've found that i can only increase by 5lbs on deads & squats...for the rest i have to use 2 1/2lb increments....i'm growing slowly but surely
