cheat food? what the hell is that? LOL, j/k i like those little chocolate eggs you get around easter, with the candy shell, if not them then the chocolate cake!
 
yeah, chocolates are so yumm. my favorite has got to be tcby white chocolate mousse yougurt with cookie dough and heath bar :devil: my sweet tooth is evil, i tell u, evil. :D

God bless him, he make a damn good pizza. Not too doughy, crispy on the bottom, crunchy, yet still soft inside crust and just the right amount of oregano in the sauce. (I'm safe though, I moved 65 miles away and the pizza around is nasty.)

Before I state my gluttonous food requirements for cheating may I just say, I have not been registered here long. But I am so glad I joined...However being in London I always seem to get here a different times to so many people to join in... oh well...

Pizza, Peanut Butter (Especially Sun Pat Big Crunch) which I wish I had never eaten, because I have a horrendous jones for it now. Cheeecake, and Chocolate Central and of course the one thing I don't eat all week....Bread (Yum)

I'm going to cry into my Protein now.

i don't know i personally love chinese food, it's awsome, i give it 2 thumbs up ...it a great cheat food and an awsome bulk up food.... high protein ..greasy and carbs lol mmmmmm sounds great
 
Why do we love so much what is forbidden?
I used to have that sort of feeling for egg and bacon breakfast, then I went on a keto diet and after 2 days it meant nothing for me; I was desperate for some 'healthy' cereal breakfast.
I have tons of cheat food, but sweets is the most naughty. It has bad greasy fats + sugars. The day they'll tell me to eat sweets because they are good for training...maybe I won't like them anymore.

hey super, i don't know if i ever tried cheating w/ drinks i'm just always sooooo hungry w/out food

Hey, anybody thought about Mexican food?

Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, monterey jack cheese...
It's high in saturated fats, cheesy, and high in high glycaemic carbohydrates; it seems one of the ideal cheat foods.
 
Ice cream. When I am finished with that, a little more ice cream. By the way has any tried the Georgia Mudd Fudge Blizzards at Dairy Queen -- they are awesome, quite possibly my favorite cheat food. :p
 
I am so glad to see that so many other people love peanut butter. I love natural crunchy peanut butter, or even just plain peanuts, sugar free chocolate anything is pretty good too:)

Cashew Butter is far nicer than peanut butter!WICKED in fact.

I don't consider peanut butter a cheat food -- I use it on a daily basis. I am actually able to use it up until approximately one week before shows. Thank goodness -- I would die without my peanut butter.

IDK where Velvett is from, but there is a Kenny's Pizza about 10 minutes from my house, absolutely AWESOME pizza, but I love to have a cheat meal of Chinese Food, little General Tso's Chicken and chicken fried rice! YUM! IDK why people consider Tuna a cheat, that is a main staple of my diet, in fact, I'll consume about 8-9 cans of tuna weekly, I used to have high cholestorol so I was put on a basic fish and yucky food diet, tuna was something I could eat a lot of, and I still do.
 
im not cutting so i didnt look at plain cheese pizza as a cheater. guess thats one more thing i'll have to live w/ out when the time comes
 
Orange Chicken with Pork Fried Rice...hmmmm
Sicilian style pizza (Or referred as White pizza)
Reuben Sandwich (3 inch high! Great Irish Resturant down here)
Fish 'n' Chips (again, from Irish Resturant, everything is fried!)
Anything from a Mexican Restaurtant down here!
Mantahhan Burger (two patties with ham, salmai, lettuce, mayo from a local Deli) Guartaneed to fill you up for the rest of day!

As for sweets, it would have to be Reese cheesecake. You can find it at Any Winn-Dixie stores. Yes, I'm talking about the Reese candy.

Oh, yeah, I gotta agree with you there. Mmmmm....Sushi. It's all a matter of finding a right Japanese Restaurtant. I like these spicy rolls, one with salmon and tuna. Plus California roll is good too. Damn it, I'm craving for some now. :mad:
 
Ganja Brownies, just kidding my favorite cheat food is Ice Cream with Ganja Brownies. I actually don't even smoke anymore but it always brings back fond memories.

My favorite cheat food is some local honey mixed in with some natural peanut butter, spread across a serving or two of reduced fat trisquits.

I loooooove peanut butter, but I have it every day, and don't call it a "cheat food"! I tell myself it's for "good fats" and it generally keeps me satisfied. For some reason, I eat more if I don't get a little fat from my peanut butter.
I LOVE WARM CRANBERRY SCONES WITH CURRANT JELLY. No, I'm not English, but I love these $@%#$^ things with their delicate hint of orange. When I went to the UK last summer, I must have gained five-ten pounds just from eating these lovely biscuity/buttery inventions! Nordstrom's has some killer scones. Luckily I passed the clotted cream (butter, sort-of). My "bad foods" aren't run-of-the-mill. I'm not into doughnuts, loads of chocolate, ice cream. I love bulky bready things, just carby things in general. I'll gorge on Corn Chex or Corn bran, Muselix, Fruit and Fibre, basicaly any kind of cereal that's "healthy". GOOD bakery bread, of any type, still warm and soft with a crispy crunchy crust, especially seseme-italian and WHEAT BREAD is my bain. Once I ate a good half of a medium loaf of wheat bread, it was soooo goood. Most people crave fatty foods, I'm a weirdo who craves carbs, and I've always been this way!

Reading all of this is making my mouth water.DAMNIT!!!
But I'm strong and can wait until Saturday to eat one large cheese pizza from Domino's and about a pint of any ice cream I can find.
 
Popeye's fried chicken is pretty much the only bad thing I
eat. Its unbelieveably high in fat (although I hear Keyshawn
Johnson eats it 5 times a week)
 
I love sushi, although it tends to be quite expensive here in the UK.

In Australia however, it is far cheaper, and whenever I'm over there I have loads of sushi. :)

Interesting. I don't really cheat.... sometimes I cave in when I can't take the cravings anymore, but then I usually just eat whatever is there.... usually just sandwiches and stuff. Nothing too bad.

But at the end of my last cutting phase, I was craving something caloric SO bad.... and I was really exhausted and weak too.

My sister and I would go to the supermarket and just LOOK at the food.... and point out which foods we would like to eat the most.

We got a few weird looks. Spending an hour in the supermarket, browsing very thoroughly.... and then leaving without buying anything.
 
Ohhhhh, ice cream! Cookies and creme, specifically! Heated up in the microwave so it's all melty. And Devil Dogs! I'm a grown woman but I love me some Devil Dogs!

DoubleStuf Oreos, too!

As for pizza, I haven't been in a pizzaria in years. I know I'd just surrender and have 12 pies.

My cheat meal consist of Chocolate PeanutButter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake, and a nice cold beer. When I order the beer and cheesecake together I get some weird looks, but I am sure you bros understand!
